ITINERARY:
DAY 1: Marrakech – Draa valley – Zagora – Desert
At the agreed time and in the right place our guide will pick us up next to which, as a 4×4 board, begin the route. We will depart towards Ouarzazate, through Tiz’n’Tichka (or Tichka port), the height of the highest road in Morocco with more than 2,200 meters above sea level, along the way enjoy some incredible scenery: during the green colors predominate rise that will be replaced by the almost lunar landscape of anti-Atlas with the desert background. On our decent we will leave Ouarzazate and head towards the city of Agdz, crossing the Tizi N’Tinifift (1660 meters), a succession of steep rock mountains of black and gray unusual beauty from which we can contemplate an incomparable panoramic Draa Valley. Gradually we go deeper into the majestic palm Draa Valley, the largest palm in Africa with over 150 kilometers long, dotted with kasbah, villages and orchards. We leave the road to catch a clue us into the heart of the palm grove and after the tour finally reach Zagora, arrival of caravans from the legendary Timbuktu. From here, and before sunset, we head to the point where haimas Berber camp where we spend the night. Upon arrival and after taking a welcome tea, contemplate a sunset you will never forget. Dinner and overnight. Rest under a vast sky full of stars.
DAY 2: Desert – Zagora – Ait Ben Haddou – Telouat – Marrakech
Today get up early to enjoy the sunrise in the desert, how born the day admire and gradually filling the desert light awakens wrapped in an incredible silence. Following the experience, have breakfast and embark on the road again aboard our 4×4 to undoing the path taken yesterday reaching Ouarzazate and from there to the incomparable kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the most beautiful and best preserved Kasbah in Morocco, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO and place of many film productions. After the visit we will continue to take the track that starts behind the famous kasbah adéntranos and through it back into the heart of the massif High Atlas, one of the most beautiful routes dotted with ancient Moroccan kasbah and landscapes where nature lovers remain surprised. Finally we arrive at the Kasbah Glaoui kasbah Telouet or. After the visit we will return the road from which begin the descent to the “Red City”, Marrakech. On arrival we were left in place for the collection and we say goodbye to our guide.
